Financial Controller

$9 - $15 USD/hour (Full-time)

Own financial operations for a growing business. Manage invoicing, cash flow, and bookkeeping operations with full autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager
  • Highly autonomous operator — able to prioritise, execute, and problem-solve without supervision
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business environment
  • End-to-end ownership of invoicing, AR/AP, and month-end close
  • Experience managing offshore bookkeeping teams
  • Comfortable being fully accountable for financial and inventory data accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Own invoicing, AR/AP, and bookkeeping oversight
  • Manage inventory systems and financial forecasting
  • Actively manage cash flow and working capital
  • Manage bookkeeping and financial resources
  • Deliver accurate, decision-ready reporting to the CFO and Founder
  • Ensure finance runs smoothly without escalation or micromanagement
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and reconciliation

  • Experience with financial systems implementation
